JOIN THE CLUB

There are no fees to join any of our wine clubs. Just select the club that best suits you, and you will be charged for the most current release. If you sign up in between releases, we will contact you with your options. Once we process your first club order, your membership benefits will apply immediately.

We ask members to commit to one year of membership, with a current credit card on file. As long as your membership is active, orders will be processed automatically per the club's release schedule. After completing one year in the club, you may cancel your membership with written notice before the next scheduled allocation. Once processed, orders are non-refundable.

Yes, you do! Just log in to your account before purchasing wine, and your club discount will be automatically applied.

Yes, you can! Orders may be picked up at our Downtown Walla Walla or Woodinville tasting rooms. Wine Club allocations must be picked up within 90 days of your credit card being charged unless prior arrangements have been made. After 90 days, we will ship your wine to the address in your profile, and shipping charges will apply.

It depends on which club you select. Sales tax and shipping fees are extra. Please note that we cannot ship to the following states: Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah.

You will enter your credit card number into your membership account in an encrypted file. Once your card is charged, we will notify you when your wines are available for pick up. If you are a shipping customer, we will email you the date we are planning to ship the wine. Charges include the cost of the wine minus your membership discount, taxes, and shipping charges (if applicable).

We use a reservation tool called TOCK to handle all of our reservations. To redeem a Woodinville Tasting, click here, and for a Walla Walla Tasting, click here. Simply create an account using the same email address you have on file for your membership, and your club benefits will be linked. Make a reservation for a day and time that works for you, or remember that we welcome walk-ins at any time. Select "classic tasting," and once you click "next," your club membership discount for tastings will be applied to the classic tasting fee.

Our Dissident and Dead Horse Clubs release twice a year in the Spring and Fall. Dissident members receive their club allocations in early spring/fall, and Dead Horse members receive their club allocations in late spring/fall. Board Track Racer Collective has 3 releases - in March, August & October - of 4 bottles each (one case total).

Yes absolutely! We have carefully crafted our club memberships to align with our production availability, which means you receive first access to our signature wines included as the Winemaker’s Selection in your release. However, every release includes the full list of available wines you can swap or add to your club order during the Customization Window.

A Wine Club gift membership is a true act of love. We will hold your credit card on file and charge you for the current wine allocation. All other membership benefits will be available to your recipient - they will have their own wine club member account. After one year of membership, we will delete your card on file and contact your recipient to see if they want to continue with the club.
