About our events

Wine Minimum
- A minimum wine purchase amount will be required for all events depending on party size and rental option.
Hours
- Full Tasting Room Rentals and Deck Rentals are available after normal business hours starting at 6:30pm. Semi-Private Events are available during normal business hours.
Additional Event Hours
- Room Rental fees include the first two hours of the event, additional time can be arranged at an hourly rate.
Catering Options
- For light fare, small bites from our menu can be pre-ordered and added to your estimate.
- For full catering, we are happy to connect you with one of our preferred caterers. Catering from outside this list must be approved by our event coordinator.
Setup Access
- All rental options include access to the parking lot and dishwashing / prep space.
- Access for set up will be available one hour prior to the start of the event in our back area & prep space at no charge. Event space and decor set up will be available 30 minutes before the beginning of the event and must not overly imped normal business operations.
- If you require additional set up time, please let us know in your inquiry.

CLUB BENEFITS

BOARD TRACK RACER COLLECTIVE and DISSIDENT CLUB Members receive exclusive Private Event benefits including $100 off Room Rental fees and their wine club discount applied to all wine purchased for the event.
